We've worked with Adam three times now, once to buy our first home several years ago and just recently to sell that one and to buy our new home that we just moved into. Adam Briggs knows and understands the downtown market of St. Louis. Adam was very knowledgeable about the price point of my Loft and we had an honest conversation about what it would take and how long it may take to sell. Adam had a very professional staging company come in and made the Loft look very appealing as well as how livable the space is. My loft was under contract in 60 days and he worked very hard on all the details to get the unit closed. I live in another state and his work ethic is unmatched and took care of all the little details so I did not have to worry about anything. What I appreciated the most was his communication of all showings and did not stop until the project was funded. I recommend Adam to anyone who is in the market to sell or purchase a residence.
